Orange water pipe special color masterbatch is a high-performance
coloring masterbatch developed for polyethylene (PE), polypropylene
(PP) and other pipe substrates. It adopts nano-scale dispersion
technology and environmentally friendly and non-toxic formula, and
is specially designed for water supply and drainage pipes,
industrial pipes, agricultural irrigation pipes and other scene
design. The product has passed NSF/ANSI61 drinking water safety
certification, RoHS and REACH environmental standards. It has
excellent color stability, weather resistance and chemical

visually eye-catching
Color master is used in orange warning water supply and drainage
pipes and gas pipes. The color is eye-catching and easy to
identify, improving construction safety.
Color concentrates are also used in agricultural irrigation pipes:
acid and alkali resistant and ultraviolet resistant. They are
suitable for drip irrigation strips and sprinkler irrigation pipes
to extend outdoor service life.
Color concentrate can be used in building hot and cold water pipes:
high color consistency, suitable for PP-R hot water pipes, and is
resistant to temperature and pressure and does not fade.

antioxidants, and has an outdoor service life of up to 30 years.
The color is long-lasting and does not fade (ΔE≤1.5), and it adapts

and the addition amount is only 0.8%-1.5%, which reduces customer
